- Haystacks Brand pants can be hemmed to a shorter length free of charge. Please leave desired inseam in order notes during checkout. Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We try extremely hard with quality control with every garment we sew but sometimes a flaw slips through to our customers. If you receive a flawed item please contact max@haystacks.net or via the Contact Us feature of the website to get a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

- We are flexible with our return policy but please try to return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

- Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase (but we usually ship the next day).

- Orders with standard shipping under 1 pound are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage and over 1 pound via UPS Surepost. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the label has been printed. Expedited shipping options are fulfilled through UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
